SAMA VRTTI

A calming, levelling breath technique.

12 minutes will put you 'up there' with the goddesses!

BEDTIME TECHNIQUE

Take this practice in times of high anxiety to level yourself out or at the end of the day to lower yourself into a good-heavy state for sleep. 

Drop into the pocket of stillness at the bottom of the breath.
