Each morning begins with a short korero (talk) on pranayama (breath) philosophy and physiology.

Then we practice together for 15-20 minutes.


Sessions run 20 - 30 minutes.


This course is for you if:

  • You want an introduction to Yoga

  • You wish to understand the mind-body connection
